By providing well balance meals the children are being served all the nutrients that are needed for growth.

Menus should be created by using the food guide pyramid.

Breakfast - bread, fruit, milk
Lunch/Supper - meat, bread, vegetable, fruit and milk
Snack can be from any of the two above
